Applique, Silver Star, 1 pc

I sewed this silver star onto a denim jacket pocket and it held up through a wash cycle no problem. The star is about 3 inches across, which is the perfect size for a subtle but noticeable accent.

The iron-on backing worked perfectly on my denim jacket, and the adhesive held strong after a wash. I also like that it’s stiff enough to stay flat but still flexible against the fabric.

The adhesive held up through a full wash cycle after I sewed it on as backup, and the star’s shine hasn’t dulled at all. It covered a small tear in my tote bag perfectly, and ironing it on took less than a minute.
