1/2" Knit Elastic, White

This elastic holds its width perfectly when I stretch it for waistbands, which is a huge relief compared to others that get all wavy and narrow. The lack of curling also made it much easier to sew through my machine without any frustration.

I needed something that wouldn't twist or curl when sewing waistbands, and this elastic stays flat even after multiple washings. The softness is perfect for a swimsuit cover-up that lays smooth against the skin.

I’ve been using this for kids’ pajama waistbands, and the fact that it doesn’t narrow when stretched makes sewing so much easier. It’s also soft and comfortable against their skin, which is exactly what I needed.
