Hooks & Eyes, 14 pc, Nickel

I’m not a fan of hand-sewing, but these little nickel hooks and eyes went on fast and stayed put through a full day of wear on my costume. The pack of 14 is more than enough for several projects, and the metal feels sturdy without being bulky.

Used them to secure the waistband of a wool skirt I just finished sewing, and the hook catches cleanly every time without snagging the fabric. The nickel finish is smooth and should hold up well to dry cleaning.

The little nickel closures are sturdy enough for my formalwear alterations, and the 14 pieces give me plenty of spares for future projects. They hold the fabric edges cleanly without any bulk showing through.
