6" Double Point Knitting Needles, Bamboo

The bamboo is noticeably lighter than my old metal needles, which makes a real difference during long sock projects. They flex just enough to be comfortable without feeling flimsy, and the points catch stitches cleanly.

Finally, a pair of double points that don't feel like they're going to snap under tension—the bamboo is light but sturdy enough for my sock project. The flexible tips glide through stitches nicely, and the texture keeps them from slipping out of my grip.

I've been using these for a hat pattern that called for dpns, and the bamboo is flexible enough to not snap under tension, yet still holds its shape nicely. They're surprisingly lightweight compared to my metal ones, so my hands don't tire as quickly.
