The 15-yard roll is plenty for a couple of bag handles and a matching strap — I used the full width for a sturdy tote and it held up through a week of groceries. Sewing through the polyester was straightforward, no skipped stitches on my machine.

I’ve made three tote bags with this belting and the handles haven’t twisted or frayed after a month of hauling groceries. The 15-yard roll is plenty for multiple projects, and the 1-1/2" width feels sturdy without being bulky.

The polyester weave is surprisingly sturdy for the price, so I didn't worry about the handles ripping when I loaded up my tote. I like that the 15-yard roll gives you plenty of length to cut multiple straps or a belt without rationing.
