1-1/2인치 헤비 스트레치 허리밴드 고무줄, 블랙, 1-1/4야드

That stiff, strong stretch is exactly what I needed for the jacket waistband I was fixing. It doesn't roll or fold over like the softer stuff does, and 1-1/4 yards was plenty for my project with a bit left over.
