Woolstok Light Fingering Yarn 50g

The loftiness of this single ply is exactly what I wanted for cabling — each stitch pops instead of blending together. It’s soft enough for a neck warmer but holds its shape well through a few wash cycles, which surprised me.

This is my go-to for colorwork now — the 100% Fine Highland wool is soft enough against the skin but still holds crisp patterns beautifully. I love how the colors shift naturally without pooling, and a single hank goes surprisingly far for contrast details.

The stitch definition on this single ply is absolutely gorgeous—my cables look sharp and crisp without any splitting. The wool is lofty but not scratchy at all, and it's been holding up beautifully through a few frogging sessions.
