I’ve been using this pen to mark quilt lines and the fine point doesn’t bleed at all. The purple ink is easy to see on white cotton, and it fades away within an hour.

The purple ink shows up clearly on light cotton, and the fine point lets me mark precise stitch lines without smearing. It does fade within a few hours, so I had to work fast, but that’s exactly what I wanted for temporary placement.

The fine tip is exactly what I needed for tracing tiny applique shapes without the lines bleeding or smudging. Marks vanish on their own, which saves me from scrubbing fabric after stitching.
