The size 5 needle worked perfectly for stitching a leather wallet repair, the triangular points gliding through without tearing. Having three different sizes in the pack is convenient for tackling various thicknesses of material.

The triangular points on these needles glide through my leather wallet project without tearing or snagging like regular ones did. The three different sizes in the pack made it easy to switch as I moved to thicker seams.

Trying to sew patches onto a leather jacket with regular needles was a nightmare, but these glovers needles with their triangular points sliced right through without tearing the material. I used the size 5 for the main seams, and it held up perfectly.
