I used this belting to make reusable tote handles, and the woven words add just the right touch of personality. Stitching through the 1-1/2-inch width was easy, and the polyester feels sturdy without being too stiff. Exactly the look I was going for.

The woven polyester feels sturdy enough for bag handles, and at 1-1/2 inches wide, it's got a nice, substantial grip. I've already sewn two totes with it and the message stripe really pops against the plain fabric.

Finally got around to using this for my tote bag handles and the lettering is crisp and clear, even after multiple washes. The 1-1/2" width feels sturdy enough to hold a decent load without stretching out. Perfect way to add a little personality to a sewing project.
