Finally got around to using this for my daughter's dance leotard edges, and the built-in indentation really does make it a breeze to fold over and stitch. It's lightweight but holds up well to stretch, which is exactly what I needed.

I needed to finish a swimsuit binding last night and this FOE made it so much quicker than bias tape. It held the curve without puckering and the 7 yards was exactly enough for the leg openings.
