I love that this elastic narrows slightly when stretched—it makes sewing into curved waistbands so much easier without any puckering.

Used this on a swimsuit waistband and the ribbed texture kept it from rolling, which was my biggest worry. Three yards was plenty for two projects, and it’s soft enough against skin that I forgot it was there.

The braided texture gives just the right grip for holding a waistband in place without twisting, and the 3-yard length was plenty for two projects. It's lightweight but feels sturdy when stretched, exactly what I needed for a swimsuit elastic.
